Our experience with Lana Grichanik has been exceptional. She understands the competitive market and reacts to the challenges it presents. She took the time to determine what our 'wants' and 'must haves' were and focused her search for our home accordingly. She found the condo we are currently in and made a compelling offer to the owner and successfully negotiated a price with which we were very satisfied. More recently, we were looking for a house and she found the perfect place for us. She is a very savvy negotiator and can specifically identify the value of any deficiencies or projects that need to be negotiated in the final closing. She is extremely knowledgeable and manages the business aspects of the market. On a personal note Lana is fantastic to deal with - honest, gracious and patient. We have learned a lot about the process of purchasing a home through her knowledge and integrity. Buying a new home or selling a home can sometimes be a very trying experience and she has removed much of the stress from the process. She's the only real estate agent we would ever work with. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

With Lana we got the apt of our dream. We changed several realtors, because we only received refusals with them due to incorrectly completed documents or due to a late response. But Lana is a realtor who will do everything right, will answer you 24/7 and will also fight for you till the end. You can trust her 100%.

Lana is 100% professional. Always showed up on time and offered to see at least 5 listings in one evening. She offered honest opinions/advice and was always positive when we felt “defeated”. She has a great personality and gave some personal experiences to make us feel at ease while going though this “tough” first time experience. When we received our keys, she was available to contact the other real estate when we thought our stove wasn’t working. She was so thoughtful to visit us at out new home to see our progress a few days after we started moving in.

Lana is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers and being disappointed, we were referred to Lana and felt lucky to find her.
