I highly recommend Lan. She is extremely professional, highly efficient, responsive and approachable. She is very thorough in educating us during the entire home purchase process and easy to communicate. Although there were hiccups during our process, Lan immediately assisted us by referring to one of the best professionals to resolve our issue.
