Roland and his team are second to none. As a first-time home buyer in a chaotic market, he introduced me to the process with patience and in detail. Measured, thoughtful, and discerning, he was always available to view properties with me in person and spent a great deal of time and energy to ensure I was comfortable and was getting the best deal possible for my needs, which was most important to me. He went above and beyond, making himself available to me numerous times even during his vacation to ensure we didn't miss any good properties. Overall, I was extremely grateful to have Roland and his team behind me during this process, and have no hesitation recommending him and working with him again in the future. The stellar reviews he obtains are not in the least surprising or overstated given the passion and work that he puts into his job.
