As first-time home buyers, we expected a bit more guidance and support through the process. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t as helpful as we had hoped. The realtor seemed to show limited interest in helping us understand which property would suit our needs best and didn’t take much initiative beyond the formalities. We also had to push quite a bit on our end during negotiations. After the deal was closed, there was no follow-up or check-in about how things were going. Overall, an average experience — we feel there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in client engagement and first-time buyer guidance.

<p>Kyle was really great. He really walked us through the whole homebuying process and made sure we understood every step of the way. We are so grateful that he was our agent. He was always available to go see homes with us when we requested a viewing. He was knowledgeable in the housing market and gave great ideas on decorating and fixing the home as well which was a great bonus. He really made the homebuying process less scary and intimidating. We are super grateful.</p>
