Kyle made buying our first home a very smooth process! He provided good insight on structural integrity, foundation, condition of furnace, etc- which was awesome because we don’t have a lot of knowledge in that area! He was quick to respond and has answered every question that we had. Throughout the offer and purchase time, he kept us well informed on next steps. We felt very supported throughout the buying process! We have nothing but great things to say about working with Kyle.

We first met Kyle in an Open House a year ago and he was very nice and approachable to us, it left a lasting impression on us. He gave us a Buyer’s Handbook which was very very handy and helpful! A year later, we were ready to buy and we enlisted his help and we made contact with him and Kelsey. On the first day that we looked at houses, he gave us a rundown of things to look at and he explained everything clearly and honestly. This was a very good experience for us and during the entire process, Kyle accommodated us in getting the houses booked for viewing, provided useful information on each house (both the pros and cons) and he was very hands-on in checking the house along with us. One of Kyle's standout qualities is his background in construction, as first-time home buyers, we have a lot of questions regarding house features and potential issues. Kyle's ability to not only answer these questions but also to explain them in a way that was easy for us to understand. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate each property we were interested in, pointing out potential problems and providing insightful solutions. Every step of the way, Kyle provided comprehensive guides and documents that helped to ease the complexities of the real estate transaction. His organized and transparent approach ensured that we never felt overwhelmed, and he was always readily available to accomodate any concerns or queries we had. He's very friendly and professional which made working with him easy and hassle-free.
