I bought the house in 2016 when the housing market was on the rise with soaring prices and Kuntal really helped me buy my first house at a very good price, which none of my friends believed. He is one of those realtors who understands your financial standing very well before suggesting what to buy and that's a very important factor. He put a lot of effort in finding the comparable for similar houses in the same area and what exactly I needed. Without having a car in Brampton, I needed a house which is close to public transit, Go Station, Banks, Grocery store right at my door step and close proximity to a major street, so that I don't have to change 2 busses to reach to a major street because I know how harsh it becomes during winter and Kuntal managed to find the exact match as per what I needed. I am really thankful to Kuntal for his efforts and because of his dedication to his work, I bought my second house also through him, which was an another fruitful investment. Thanks Kuntal.
