Got a tenant quickly. Pretty easy from our point of view. We thought about doing it ourselves but opted out because of the vetting the real estate office does. So far so good.

Kristy was very knowledgeable and helpful getting us through the purchase of our first home. With her experience as a realtor and renovating rental properties she was able to point out issues. She is well connected with very thorough inspectors. We looked at several houses before we bought this one and she was always on the ball getting us into a viewing. She has excellent communications, we never had to wait for a response. Definitely will use her again in the future if we decide to sell our home
