We’ve worked with a lot of realtors over the years, but Kris ranks right up at the top in terms of trustworthiness, authenticity, professionalism, and knowledge. We were buying from another province, and really had to depend on her to help us choose the right house. I became 100% confident in her advice and opinions. When we finally found a home, I think she was just as excited as we were. I would have no difficulty in recommending Kris to anyone looking in the Edmonton or Saint Albert area.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kris to purchase a new-to me home. From start to finish, it was a great experience. From our first conversation and throughout the whole process, Kris was professional. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. Kris’ negotiation skills were top notch – and consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to looking into potential issues with the property.
