I met Kristina at her open house in Park hill and liked her instantly. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, it was clear she loved what she did. I asked Kristina to set me up with an MLS search, and thought I found my house 2 weeks later. We viewed it multiple times, and I was ready to write an offer, close to list price. This was the first property Kristina had showed me, and I was sold. Kristina was not. She gave me her honest opinion, showed me multiple comparisons, and ultimately we decided it was not a good investment (the property decreased in price, and was subsequently taken off the market). Kristina put my interests before hers, something I have never experienced before in real estate. We continued our search, and 2 months later we found another property, far superior to the first. This time we did write, but it was not accepted. Kristina had a number in mind and advised me not to go any higher. We ended up writing again months later, and it was accepted. Kristina literally saved me 86 thousand dollars, and I could not be happier with my new home! She is an absolute joy to work with, and will stop at nothing to get what she believes is right for her clients. There is no one I trust more with Real Estate than Kristina.

We listed the property in a very difficult time and we had multiple shows immediately. Kristina took the time to take fantastic photos and provide a great write up that helped me sell my condo well ahead of my expectations. The eventual buyer was very demanding and had specific requests to close the deal. Kristina handled it behind the scenes without troubling me until it was time to sign. Kristina was very professional and always available. She was very honest and upfront about what to expect and set realistic price and timeline expectations from day 1. The condo sold within in the price range we discussed at the start and actually sold faster than I anticipated. I would highly recommend her.

Kristina is one of the most hard working realtors I have ever meant. The house I was selling at the time was not an easy sale it was basically a knock down with the market been poor at the time of my sale I didn’t have a hope that’s when Kristina came along and worked her magic she had open house ever weekend and some times week days she knew when the most traffic would be out and jumped at ever opportunity she came across at one time we got into a bidding war at one point of the sale and she successfully went with the person and sold my house for me I would recommend her to anyone

Kristina brought to the table a comprehensive knowledge of the current housing market and was extremely prompt, helpful, thorough (and patient!) with any questions that we had and information that we were unaware of during the entire home buying experience.
