I worked with Kristina on purchase of my first rental property and I was a bit nervous at the beginning. I asked lots of questions to Kristina and she answered all of them with confidence and knowledge. Communication is for sure Kristina's strength as well as organizational skills, punctuality and customer care. We had visited many showings, made several offers, negotiated the final price - all was clear and very well organized. I will work with Kristina again when the time come!

Kristina was a great Realtor! She took a lot of time to show me around Calgary and Cochrane before I finally found a place. A realtor that gave me the time of day and put in an effort to get to know me and what I was looking. She was very helpful with all aspects of buying my condo and was able to recommend some friends to provide some further good advice and assistance. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
