Krista is a superb agent and I would definitely recommend her. She helped me purchase my first home with a level of patience and professionalism that is unmatched. She took the time to explain all the details of the process, I never felt rushed, and her calm, friendly and easygoing manner always made me feel at ease. I cannot stress enough how patient and professional she was, and how well she understands the market. As a very nervous and anxious first time homebuyer, I don't think I could have picked a better agent.

Working with Krista again was an absolute no-brainer for us. She originally helped me buy my first place when I moved to Cambridge, and based on her work ethic, attention to detail, and overall professionalism, I always knew I’d work with her again. This time around, she helped my family sell our home and buy a new condo—and it was not an easy process. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was made surprisingly manageable because of Krista. She walked us through every step, gave clear advice, and always made sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions. Beyond her expertise, Krista was incredibly warm and easy to be around. Krista went above and beyond from start to finish and was terrific to work with. I knew upfront that my search for a new home would be challenging given the age, style of home, location, lot size and budget requirements I had. Krista rose to that challenge, giving me real data to understand what was possible given the current market and introducing many homes close to what I was hoping for. Finding one I didn't feel like I was settling for was difficult, so the search took time. Krista stuck with me, helping me stay positive through many options, including three initial offers that didn't work out, until I found the home I purchased. While that home was challenging from offer to close (well outside the norm for a home purchase), she handled several difficult situations smoothly and kept checking in to calm my nerves and keep me focused on my end goal. Krista navigated all this with me while I was constantly away for work, doing virtual walkthroughs as needed, my final walkthrough, and through to close. She also referred me to several services, including a fantastic mortgage broker, several contractors, and other services, to handle work on the home and help make my first weeks of ownership easier until I move in. I highly recommend Krista as a real estate agent - you will be in the best hands! I will personally work with her in the future should the need arise -- though I'm hoping I've found my forever home.
