Kris is a very experienced real estate agent. Our sale was not an easy task as it was multiple properties in a land assembly. Having to negotiate terms with multiple properties with one buyer would be tough for anyone but the direction and advice he gave us showed his knowledge and expertise across the real estate landscape. His understanding of commercial to residential deals and contracts was a huge asset to us. He worked hard for us and the other home owners and always picked up our calls at anytime we had questions. Hats off to him and his work ethic. It's been a pleasure working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest stress free professional real estate transaction.
