Kris has been such a great help through this whole process. As a first time home buyer we had so many questions and doubts about owning a home. But with Kris’ expertise and knowledge, she guided us and explained the process very well and in a way a first time home buyer like myself and fiancé would understand. She was always positive which we love about her and which made us always feel at ease. She always has updates and was always available day or night whenever we needed her. I can't thank her enough for giving hope to first time home buyers like myself and fiancé and we will always be grateful for her. We wouldn’t have been able to own our first home without her help. Kris is very professional and know what she's doing. She explains all the documents to be signed line by line so we won't miss any fine details. She makes sure that we know and understand everything before signing. She even went the extra mile by extending help beyond her agreed tasks/job.
