Kirk did an amazing job working with us on two separate real estate purchases. We were relocating from Vancouver island to the okanagan area and he made our moves much less stressful.. Kirk was always available to answer our questions and to reassure us that things were progressing smoothly. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the real estate market. We found him to be very patient and calm when I sometimes tended to get a bit stressed or excited .. Moving as everyone knows, can be difficult but Kirk lessened that burden for us in so many ways .. My husband and myself would highly recommend Kirk to represent you in any of your real estate transactions. Kirk did an excellent job, he brought a very large number of prospective buyers through our property. We were on an acreage that had a bad road in. He did an great job advertising our property and spent many hours on selling our house. The photos were fantastic. I've sold a few houses over the years and by far Kirk has been the best agent we've had.
