Kip was an absolutely fantastic realtor! I was in the market to buy a great home, but wasn't sure about market conditions. However, Kip managed to find me an absolute gem, and negotiated to get the price way below market value ($28,500 less to be exact!). He was also really responsive to my questions, made the whole thing feel easy, and encouraged me when I got nervous. Couldn't have done it without him.

Kip went above and beyond what we would expect from a realtor… even more so because we live 4 hours away, ours was an estate sale and some of what we had to take care of seemed overwhelming… but Kip helped us and made it all very easy. Buying my first house was a really scary process, especially in the BC market. Kip made it easy every step of the way. From finding a place in my budget, to working with me around my odd work schedule, coordinating with banks and the notary (everything was done the same day, usually within a matter of minutes) and even helping me get furniture in there, I know other realtors wouldn’t have gone above and beyond the way he had and continues to do for me.
