Kip has been an extremely helpful, well spoken, insightful, and experienced realtor. I have been searching for 3 years now, and Kip has been wonderful with me and my search. Whenever I'd ask him about listings, he'd always get back to me within 24hrs. Never put any pressure on me. Gave great advice. Has made buying my first home MUCH less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Was wonderful with writing up my subjects and stipulations.
