Absolutely fabulous experience with this realtor. My husband and I contracted Kim to help us with the sale of our home and with the purchase of a new one. Kim did an amazing job of advertising our home. Without a doubt the photos, the drone video with her introduction and the added Facebook and other social media paid advertising went a long way to getting this house sold. Despite a very sluggish market and an offer that did not pan out, our home sold in less than a month! When purchasing our new home Kim noticed an inconsistency in the contract that the rep of the sellers was not even aware of. Kim was also incredibly attentive, answering questions within minutes of us texting them at pretty much any time. We found her to be approachable, genuine, friendly, great sense of humour and completely focused on our goals. Although we made our own decisions we found all of her advice to be spot on and always in our best interest. I highly recommend this realtor and we will be contacting her again when the time comes to sell our new home.

Kim is an amazing real estate agent and I would highly recommend her. My partner and I worked with her to buy our first home during the covid-19 pandemic while the Kingston market was going wild, and she helped us find and purchase our dream home! She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented, very responsive in her communication, quick to provide information and book house showings, intelligent in her approach, and she’s also a really nice genuine person who will do everything she can for you as her client. She knows the market well and provided us with insightful and useful consultation while figuring out our offer, and she even helped us bid lower than what we were thinking but high enough to win the bidding war on our house out of 9 offers!!! She also got us 2 showings including a full house inspection within 5 days of our house being on the market (it was listed on a Wednesday and offers went in on a Monday). She really is an exceptional agent and working with her has been a home buyers dream.

We had a fantastic experience working with Kim! She was extremely responsive and attentive. She was flexible and made sure we were kept in the loop regarding every new development. She even went out of her way many times to help us with things around the home given we don't live in the area. Not to mention, she gives great advice without being pushy.
