<p><br /> We were relocating from Ontario to Alberta and had no idea which area of Edmonton we wanted to live in. Kim was patient with us and set up listings for us to view in many areas in the Capitol Region.<br /> Kim meet us at our hotel on the hottest July day the city had seen that Summer. She came with a cooler full of cold beverages to keep us hydrated and comfortable.<br /> From the moment we met Kim we were impressed with her professionalism, her kind spirit and with the way she listened to us and met our needs.<br /> Kim took us out twice and showed us nearly a dozen homes before we found our home. Her patience and kindness never waivered.<br /> Once our offer was accepted, her care for us did not end. She was there for us every step of the way; even checking in on us once we had returned to Ontario to pack up our house.<br /> When we arrived in Morinville, after a two and a half day journey, Kim was at our house greeting us, with the key she had picked up from the lawyer, as well as a Welcome Home banner and a bouquet of balloons.<br /> Kim treated us like royalty from our first encounter to the time she met us at our new home to welcome us.<br /> We have just listed our house and of course we chose Kim to represent us. She came to our home to write up the listing and even helped us stage our home for better presentation.
