What can we say! Kim is an example of what a realtor should be! She was involved in finding us a place here in Regina and then selling my place in Regina. We started the hunt for a new home quite a while ago and Kim helped us refine what we were looking for as well as offered suggestions and comments as we went through the process. She accommodated us when we visited Regina with visits to places that were of interest, was very upfront about the properties on location and condition. When we had questions, she was but a text away. I don't think there was once when we sent her a text that she didn't reply within 15 minutes. After finding a place we wanted, she was with us every step of the way - answering questions as well as providing guidance when needed. After finding our place, I wanted to sell my place. With her assistance and suggestions, I was able to sell my place within 4 days of it being listed. I worked with her on the listing wording and between the two of us, came out with something that was eye catching and made the property desirable. Between the purchase for the two us of and the sale of my place, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If ever we need a realtor, we will definitely contact her!

Kim was a joy to work with. She is friendly, knowledgeable of the market, keeps to her schedule and kept us up to date on everything that was going on and next steps all along the way. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Kim was great to deal with. I have now used her twice in buying a home, and she exceeded my expectations both times, and di not try and rush the process. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a good person they can trust!
