Kim was outstanding. As soon as she knew what my family was looking for, she handed it over in a plate. We saw lots of houses, talked through plusses and minuses. She was there to advise on neighborhoods (we're new to the area), the houses themselves and every aspect of the process. Buying a home is generally stressful and unpleasant- with Kim it was as close to "a breeze" as possible. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Kim was professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Being new to the province, she took the time to explain some of the differences in the real estate process to me. Kim was observant on house tours, drawing attention to things that I may not have been aware. She was also prepared to travel outside the HRM when I chose to settle on the South Shore. When it came time to put an offer on a house she was a calm and practiced realtor, keeping me informed and on track as things proceeded. Thank you.
