Kim sold our home in less than a week at a price that were extremely happy with and with plenty of time to move out (which is what we wanted). Kim was professional, organized, knowledgeable, responded quickly to every question and was helpful in every other way and a nice guy. Everything went according to the plan Kim described from the outset and so it was easy for us and not at all stressful. Kim has the experience and negotiation skills to make things go smoothly in this unusual real estate market. What more can you ask? It's hard to imagine there could be a better realtor anywhere!
