We are so grateful to have found Kim! There are so many great things about her but our favourite by far is her ability to balance her easy going nature with her bold negotiating skills. She’s truly an advocate for us as her clients without pressuring us to do anything we’re not interested in. She’s been deeply kind and encouraging as we build a small portfolio of investment properties and has great patience for sticking around for some lengthy inspections and viewings. She responds to emails, messages and calls promptly, and has excellent availability for meeting our needs within our limited schedule. Kim is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. She’s our go to gal after working with a few different realtors in the past, and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with her for years to come.
