An excellent and dedicated agent who stuck by as long as it took to find a great condo. Kim was always punctual, responsive and knowledgeable, if you want any information about any property or listing, she will get it to you fast and efficiently, with extra info just in case. Professional and prompt, she will get you viewings for properties ASAP and will enable you to see that location before others. If you want a smart, thorough and thoughtful agent in order to purchase, Kim is the best I've ever interacted with and someone who I would absolutely recommend to my friends and family. :)

I just took a trip down memory lane through photos of when we purchased our new home and selling our last two homes. We had a very different experience with each situation, but one thing was consistent and that was Kimberly Dempsey. The market has been crazy since Covid began and it also made buyers and sellers crazy! We recently bought some property with the help of Kim, she was fantastic to deal with through the entire process. Kim went above and beyond to ensure we not only had all the info and details we needed on the properties but when things with the lawyers got mixed up, and even though it was no fault of Kim’s, she was quick to call them and ensure they got all their info corrected and then redone all the paper work to resubmit it and had it back to them in the same 24hrs so that our deal continued to move headache free. She made sure things were very clear from start to finish and answered and returned phone calls in a timely manner which helped reduced a great deal of stress on our end. Thank you for all your time and help Kim, it was great doing business with you!
