She then helped me by paying for a professional stager’s advice, but respect my choice to do cleaning and purging work myself, without hiring the stager to do it. Then, Kim helped me in providing some staging items, giving supportive and constructive advice, and really put the effort in what you’d normally only expect from a close family member. She kept me focused when offers came in and took me from settling for less to quickly negotiating a sale for our full list price, which was set to current market valuations. Her knowledge and competence were matched by her upbeat disposition, making a normally stressful process be much more easily navigable. Great agent all around!
