We went with Kevin when we were looking to purchase a house in 2010. As we were new to the Okanagan his outstanding knowledge of the area, and the west side in particular, was instrumental in helping us find the perfect house for our family in what turned out to be an excellent neighbourhood. With Kevin's exceptional negotiating skills we were able to get the house we wanted at a lower price than we expected. Fast forward 10 years and a change in careers meant another move for us so when it came time to choose an agent to list our sale we went straight back to Kevin again and we could not have been happier with the results! We very much appreciated Kevin's straight forward, no-nonsense approach and his expert guidance in helping keep us focused, greatly reducing the stress levels associated with listing your home for sale. I would happily recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Central Okanagan.
