Great guy, Takes your interests, and finds you houses within your parameters. Kevin has a construction background and renovation background, he can either answer your questions regarding problems with the property or potential changes you may want to make. Also has a large network of contractors and professionals, to connect you with. Can’t recommend many this guy enough.
