<p>I had the pleasure of being accompanied on my search for a country property by Erika Plumb. Over a short period of a few weeks she was able to understand – and help me understand – what it was I was looking for and to ultimately orchestrate the closing of a deal in an efficient and clear fashion. She is highly organized, fast, and was able to anticipate my possible likes and dislikes during the process. She is patient, not forceful, yet has a clear understanding of the market and its possibilities affecting where a property might go and when, and is always ready to give her analysis if you ask for it. A bonus is her background in contracting work and design. Because of this she is helpful in spotting and estimating aspects of a home in need of attention or change. I very much enjoyed this journey of finding a new home with such a partner in the realty business and can highly recommend it!</p>
