I sold a 3-plex (plus) rental unit. I was very pleased with the timeframe that it took to sell. I was also pleased with his contact with my tenants that were there. Things went very well considering the fact that it was a rental unit and I'm sure that both myself and the buyer are satisfied with the deal.
