We previously listed our home for sale beginning of July with the expectation that it would sell within a week. 3 months later we switched to Kevin and within 30 days we were moving. You do the math!! Kevin was constantly in touch and welcomed any and all questions and concerns. His review definitely deserves a solid FIVE.

After my girlfriend and I viewed a few properties on our own, we reached out to Kevin on the recommendation of my brother. We called Kevin on a Sunday afternoon, and he immediately expressed his availability and interest in helping us find our first house to purchase. Kevin took down our information including what we were looking for in our future home and provided us with a listing of houses that met our specifications the same day. After reviewing the listings, Kevin promptly set up viewings of the houses we were interested in and diligently took note of what features we liked and didn't like. During the viewings, Kevin took the time to look for any immediate red flags and provided his input on each feature of the house including value, quality, etc. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase any of houses that Kevin showed us. Kevin provided his input on the price of each home we viewed, which was backed up by market research he conducted prior to our viewings. One of the houses we viewed had several red flags including the listing history, and Kevin immediately brought these to our attention so that we could make an informed decision. Ultimately, we were most interested in a house we had viewed prior to retaining Kevin. Kevin arranged a second viewing of the home so we could see it again and so that he could view it himself and provide his input. Kevin gave us important insight on the home including what he felt was a fair asking price. After some time considering our options, we asked Kevin if we could preform a third viewing of house, which he gladly arranged for. Following the third viewing, we decided to place an offer, and Kevin guided us throughout the home buying process and made everything easy to understand. He promptly answered our questions, provided clarifications when needed, and eased any anxiety we had about such a large decision. The night before submitting our offer, we learned another offer had been put on the house and Kevin acted immediately to ensure our offer was competitive. Following acceptance of our offer, Kevin guided us through the home inspection process, and helped us find an excellent real estate lawyer. Kevin was even able to arrange for a last-minute inspection by an electrician to address some concerns we had. Kevin routinely checked in and continued to answer our questions throughout the closing process. On possession day, Kevin conducted one last walk through of the house with us to ensure everything was in order and handed us the keys to our new home! Kevin checked in a few weeks later to ensure no issues had presented themselves since we took possession. Throughout the home buying process, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Kevin is very personable, and we enjoyed working with him. We thank Kevin for all his hard work in helping us throughout our first home purchase and look forward to working with him again in the future.
