My husband and I recently went through a whirlwind buying experience. We were so thankful to have Keri and Tyler guiding us through it all. They were both amazing to work with. We felt such peace knowing that they were there with us each hectic step of the way. They were professional, knowledgeable, and calmly answered all of our questions (and there were many). We have known Keri for a long time and kept talking about selling. When we finally decided to sell Keri helped us through the process, staging, thoughtful photos etc and had us sold in 48 hours at 99% of asking. She was very patient with us finding a house with just the right amount of quirkiness and was brilliant in the negotiations all the way to possession. She was truly on our side.

Keri was fabulous! She's a straight shooter who consistently kept our best interests in mind. She is very prompt with her responses to questions and with feedback, and she's fun to work with. We would recommend her to anyone!

Our real estate adventure began months before we purchased, while we were still living in Europe. Through Zoom discussions, Keri asked lots of detailed questions that went beyond the basic query of rooms, sq ft base; Keri wanted to know how we’d use the space, what we liked and didn’t. All of her research paid off, because when we finally arrived in Sherwood Park, we spent a single day with Keri. We only needed to see 9 homes to know which property was meant for us. We put in our offer the same day and closed a few days later! We had lots of questions throughout the process & Keri always took the time to insure we understood. She’s patient, thoughtful and insanely knowledgeable about the market. Keri has a sharp focus and heightened instincts that make her skilled at giving you exactly what you need, even if you, yourself, aren’t exactly clear. Thank you Keri!

We can't say enough good things about Keri and all the work she did to help us sell our house. She was so helpful and understanding. Her sense of calm and sense of humour definitely helped get us through to the end. Hire her! You won't regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Keri. The first meeting we had with Keri, both my husband and I were blown away with her professionalism, preparedness, promptness, and the research she had clearly done ahead of time on our home that we were listing. Keri has a wonderful ability to work with all personality types and provided my husband with the numbers, check lists, and details that his analytical personality needs to feel comfortable and provided me with the emotional support, encouragement, and guidance. She is very detailed orientated and Keri always on top of everything from follow up phone calls/emails, to sending us house listings before they hit the market, and giving us next steps immediately. Keri is very quick to respond no matter how big or small the question or inquiry. We not only felt like she was on our team but was a real leader in getting us through both buying and selling. At no point did my husband and myself feel that Keri was in it for a quick sale, she really made us feel like we were all searching for the right house for our family. Keri is amazing you will not be disappointed!
