Keri has gone above and beyond helping us to find a new home. Our property search to return to Sherwood Park was done from the UK, via video calls, emails, WhatsApp and and any other form of communication that works for you, Keri will make happen. Not only did Keri find us a home before it hit the market by liaising with other realtor colleagues, but the home was in one of our top subdivision choices, within the timescales we needed and met the criteria we had given following a full questionnaire of our requirements. She is super organized and a fan of lists, my type of realtor! PROACTIVE, PRECISE and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Keri won’t let you down.

This is the second time we have used Keri, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. We decided to sell our home in December of 2020 on a bit of a whim. We contacted Keri who came out quickly to go over pricing etc, and photos were scheduled the next day. Within four days of calling her, our home was listed. The home sold within three days, and the deal was completed in time for us to take our planned vacation. Fast forward to April 2022 when we started house hunting for our "forever home". Keri was so quick to set up the many showings we requested, and was always helpful pointing out things that we would never have considered. The one time she had prior commitments, she had a colleague show us a home so we were able to see it in a timely manner. In a world where real estate agents are a "dime a dozen:, Keri stands out from the crowd. Always cheerful and happy to help. Thank you for helping us (and the kitty and Beagles) find our wonderful new home.
