My city realtor recommended Kent and assured me that he would help me through all the odd in's and out's of owning a country place. He couldn't have been more correct. From the first moment I spoke with Kent I knew he was going to be the right guy for the job. Throughout the whole process Kent was incredibly professional, always punctual, and completely communicative. He was able to answer all my many questions about rural property purchases and ownership, and even went above and beyond seeking out detailed nuances of the particular county bylaws for the area we were looking. I never was uneasy or worried during the purchase with Kent on my side. His negotiations with the seller were well communicated with me and at the end of the day I paid a good price for the dream property I wanted. I cannot recommend Kent enough!</p>
