As first time home buyers, learning about the market and trying to get our foot in the door was a difficult process. We had dealt with several realtors before we met Kent, and none of them would give us the time of day. As a young couple who both have established careers, we have run into many cases where people would blow us off thinking we were simply window shopping, or assumed we didn't have the capital to enter the market. This was never the case with Kent. Not only did Kent treat us as genuine buyers right from the get-go, he helped us find properties that matched our needs and budget. His online notification service that we opted in found us a property in one of our desired neighbourhoods, and within ten minutes of the listing going public, I was able to organize a viewing of the property with Kent for that very same day. Hilariously, we booked a showing with a different realtor at a different agency after our showing with Kent, and that guy didn't even show up! Once again, yet another example of us being disregarded. We put in an offer the very next morning, and Kent was immediately on the ball to get things rolling for us. Never once did we experience any of the issues that we had when trying to work with other realtors. Throughout the process, Kent helped us by providing us with fantastic recommendations and advice, assisting us with any issue that has popped up, and more importantly has kept in close contact to make sure he has done everything he can to help with the purchase. He's even offered to do things for us that we didn't even ask for! I can't even begin to thank Kent for the help he has been, and I am inclined to keep him in mind for all future sales/purchases that we may ever do in our lives.

Being first time homebuyers, we not only had to work with a tight budget plus we had some special requirements such as extra parking and a nice sized lot, we had a million questions.....and Kent deserves 5 stars....even 10 stars for everything he has done for us ! He found us a property in the exact area we were hoping for and in the budget we were comfortable with. Kent is reliable and punctual, extremely professional and personable, knowledgable, honest and patient. It took many months to find us what we wanted but he did it and we can't wait to move in. Thank you Kent, for finding us our first home.

We first met Kent when he showed us some homes in Vernon. We then decided to look around in Osoyoos and Kent was more than happy to accommodate us and set up some showings for us to view on a day trip. We made an offer in a short time frame and Kent was very knowledgeable in guiding us through this process which ended with us getting the house of our dreams. We built our house 36 years ago and have never bought or sold, so the process was new to us. Although we had not sold our home at the time, Kent worked with the other realtor/owner's to allow us a few weeks to get everything in order. We ended up buying in Osoyoos and the process was seamless. Thanks to Kent for his patience, guidance and knowledge. We would highly recommend Kent as a realtor.
