I cannot recommend Ken Spong as a realtor enough. I live out of province, and was required to sell a senior family member's property in Vancouver. The Public Guardianship & Trust was involved so things were quite complicated. There was a senior tenant that needed to be handled gently and with dignity. And then also a younger tenant that was inappropriately assertive. Ken worked with both tenants carefully, and went above and beyond what a realtor needed to do. I never once felt anxiety or concern, as Ken handled everything and kept me informed throughout. As I was new to this, I had a million questions. Ken answered my emails and text messages very quickly, regardless of how important the questions were. He always provided clarification and it didnt seem to matter if it was after business hours or if it was on a weekend. I truly don't know how I would have managed this daunting task without his guidance and support. If you need a realtor, call Ken. You will not regret it for a moment.
