If you have the opportunity to work with Ken to buy or sell (we bought) - consider yourself very lucky, the man is a true class-act Pro. He worked with us to find our dream home and ensured the process was smooth, quick and easy. As one 'single most important thing' to know about Ken, is he is extremely knowledgable. There truly are no silly questions you can ask him - and he'll have a thoughtful and thorough answer for anything (try and stump him! You can't). He knows the market inside-and-out, and this is was extremely comforting to know we had this experience on our side. Months after moving in, Ken still checks in to see how we're doing. 100% will use Ken for our next moves when the time comes.

Ken was a great agent to work with! We contacted him to help us search for a home in Simcoe County, as first time home buyers. He responded to us quickly and, within a few days, we were out seeing homes in our price range. Ken had an excellent knowledge of all of the areas we were looking in - and it changed a lot, given the current market. Ken was excellent at communicating with us. Texts or calls were returned within minutes and he was very flexible making time to show us properties. It was certainly a sellers market while we were looking so we went through quite a few offers but felt that Ken gave us great advice each time. We are very happy in the home we purchased and would recommend Ken to anyone looking to sell or buy.
