Ken was amazing from start to finish and made us feel comfortable at every step. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable and helped us sell our condo in 48 hours in what was, at the time, a terrible market to sell a condo. He then patiently worked with us to find our dream home. 100% would work with Ken again!!

Our family had outgrown our first home and we enlisted Ken to help us sell. Right from the start he was knowledgeable and dedicated. Ken and his team did an amazing job with the listing, photos and staging. We ended up selling in less than 24 hours of listing and were blown away. Now we had the task of finding our new home. We had looked at a couple of listings but hadn’t had one that really caught our eye. Ken worked hard at finding the perfect house. We had looked at one house that we were interested in and almost wrote an offer. Ken let us know that because of the location it might be a pain to resell and ensured us that he could do better. He did! A week later he walked us in to a showing and we were in awe. We fell in love. We wrote an offer and are so happy with our new house and plan to spend 10 years here. We’re so glad we picked an agent like Ken who went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% happy with the biggest decision of our life. We would absolutely recommend Ken to all of our friends.
