Keltie worked very hard to facilitate the sale of my home. She navigated some tricky potential buyers, a quirky layout which ruled it out for many, and a major discovery regarding regarding the structure of the home to eventually close at over list price. She was also tenacious in her efforts to have the home viewed as much as possible, hosting open houses nearly every weekend and providing detailed breakdowns of who visited and their feedback.
