Kelsi and her son Liam were good. I dealt more with Liam as he was just starting out and wanted the experience I enjoyed working with him he tries to please. I did the legal stuff with Kelsie she was also very good.

Kelsi and Liam were great. It's hard to complain when your condo gets a good offer within a week of hitting the market. But that didn't happen in a vacuum. Kelsi and Liam were committed to giving us a listing with outstanding photos and a very attractive virtual tour. Kelsi and Liam are also very integrated on a number of social media platforms and a magazine as well, putting the listing out there in a variety of ways other than realtor.ca. Additionally, using clear statistical information, we had the opportunity to see what our best price-point would be and used that. They really had our back through the highs and lows of subject removals as well and it all went as smoothly as was possible under the circumstances. We had issues trying to sell in 2024 with a different agent who back-burnered us among other negative things and who thought using social media for real-estate sales was useless, with the result being that our place was for sale for most of 2024 with little activity at all. So naturally we didn't want that to occur a second time and thankfully Kelsi and Liam were the opposite of our agent from 2024.

Kelsi is the best, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience these past few months. She has helped me find the perfect home for me and family. She gets things done. Kelsi did an incredible job for us. She helped us buy and sell our first home and was remarkable at both (scored a great purchase price and negotiated an amazing sell price).
