We had a good experience working with Kelsey, we were referred to Kelsey by our listing agent in Nanaimo, and we were purchasing a house in Black Creek. It was great to work with Kelsey who had knowledge of the area, and also contacts to local contractors etc. She was always available to talk to during a very busy and hectic few weeks for us buying and selling our houses.

We moved from out of province and had a very short timeline to find a house for our family. Kelsey spent multiple hours over a short period of time to ensure we found the right place for us. She is very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to questions. Kelsey went above and beyond to ensure that our house purchase went as smoothly as possible.

Kelsey was instrumental in the process of finding us our new home. She was an ally, friend and advisor helping us navigate the challenges of moving to the island with incredible support and professionalism. Attentive, responsive, resourceful; Kelsey listened to our needs, was always quick to reply to all our questions (of which we had many), and opened our eyes to other possibilities we had not thought of.
