Kelsey is very personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. Any questions we had, she was very quick to answer and if she did not know, she would get back to us with an answer very promptly. When we went thru the inspection process, there were a few things we wanted addressed and Kelsey did a great job negotiating with the sellers to ensure our requests were met.
