This was my first home purchase and Kelsea made the process very stress-free. My parents had visited for vacation during a week of showings and Kelsea welcomed them with us and we saw some great locations in different parts of the city. I got a great sense of what a work commute vs a work walk would look like from different properties. When we had a scheduling conflict, Kelsea made sure someone was available to assist me with anything I needed.

She was particularly great in the negotiation phase. She listened carefully to the ideas I have raised and discussed in details the concerns I have expressed, and she was with us step by step until we have completed the purchase process. Kelsea recommended the inspection team and was present to raise all matters which need to be clarified.
