My husband and I purchased a home with Kelly's help from outside Canada while we were living abroad. Kelly was recommended to us, and we are so glad she was. From the moment we reached out to her, Kelly was prompt in getting in touch with us, and as soon as we had our initial meeting, Kelly immediately started sending properties our way. We ended up going with a new build in the end, but I would highly encourage anyone going either route (pre-owned or new build) to use a realtor for the process. Kelly was very knowledgeable and took care of all the communication between us and the builder. This was especially helpful while we were still outside Canada. After returning, Kelly is still in touch often to check in on the process, assist with inspections etc. Overall, Kelly is a stellar realtor (the best we have dealt with thus far!) and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
