Kelly is simply outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with her. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions. We wanted someone who is familiar with the neighbourhood and understands the key details to which a buyer should pay special attention when purchasing a home. Kelly exceeded all of our expectations. She always responded quickly to our questions and scheduled all home visits around our schedules. During these visits, she explained everything about the listing and highlighted key details that we would have missed otherwise. We were nervous about the bidding process because of recent market trends, but Kelly assisted us in understanding it and shared market trends with us on a regular basis. She was always very patient during our bidding discussions and never pushed us to make a hasty decision. She is not only a good listener, but she also communicates well with clients. She has an exceptional ability to present facts in a way that allows the buyer to make an informed decision. I give her my highest recommendation.

This is my second time using Kelly as my agent.This time was a little more stressful as we were dealing with a changing market, however, with Kelly’s strong skills, we were able to come out faring very well! She was helpful in giving suggestions in prepping the house before the sale, gave us market comparisons to set our price, and staged, took photos, and put it on the market in a timely manner. When we had an issue with our buyer, Kelly was beyond professional and helpful in dealing with the concerns. Kelly made our experience as stress free as possible.
