Kelly immediately put us at ease with her friendliness, humour, and confidence. She was trustworthy even in the little things, like answering every question (without making us feel like they were silly questions), showing up on time, and communicating clearly. She is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the HRM. - A note for military families in particular, she had really helpful information sheets about what was covered and not, was familiar with the relocation directive, and didn't bat an eye at our crazy schedule. When it was our house hunting week, she was 100% engaged and available when we needed her. It made the whole process sooo much easier, and we are very grateful!

Kelly was amazing to work with when we were looking for our first house! It was during covid so things were going fast but she helped us navigate the tricky time! And then again 5 years later when we were posted out of Halifax we asked her to be our realtor again and she was again amazing to work with, between the dog and a new born she made sure we and lots of noticed for showings! I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for an amazing realtor who listens and takes their time with their clients!

I had a great experience working with Kelly to buy my first home. She is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer my many questions along the way and was always quick to respond. On top of that, Kelly has a large network of industry contacts from inspectors to lawyers that I was able to use, saving me a lot of time and energy researching and finding them on my own. I really appreciated her flexibility to find times to view houses while accommodating my work schedule. Her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail while viewing houses allowed me to feel confident that nothing was overlooked and that I made the right choice. Lastly, Kelly has a great understanding of the housing market dynamics and trends in the area, which all get taken into consideration during the bidding process and through this she was able to negotiate a great price for my house.

We had a 5 day trip to find a home we really liked. Kelly set us up on a website where we could filter our preferences so that we were only looking at homes that catered to us. Once on the ground she had our whole selection lined up. Once we found a home we liked she aided us with everything we needed to know about the community and the home. She even arranged a home inspection for us prior to us departing. I appreciated the smooth experience.

Kelly was so helpful with helping us find our new home, and is extremely well versed in assisting Military families. Her knowledge of BGRS processes and the HRM area made her an excellent choice. Highly recommend.
