Kelly helped us to sell our home and buy two properties, one in the country and one in the city. At every step, she was professional and very attentive to our needs and wants in our new home(s). She arranged the staging and presentation of the home we sold and managed multiple open houses in a difficult market. She helped us close the sale with the perfect buyer. She handled all of the messy paperwork and inspections so we could focus on the details of our new home(s). She was in constant contact by phone, email, and text, and despite a long drive (from her base of operation to us), she was available almost anytime to meet us at a prospective property. She was an excellent communicator to the other agents and the final buyer. She helped us through the complexity of three closings. Can't say enough positive about Kelly!
