I've used Keith for the sale of several of our townhouse condos and single family homes. As an investor, I've worked with dozens of agents in multiple provinces. Keith is one of the best. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for our Edmonton properties. He has deep knowledge of the industry and the city, excellent negotiation and strategic skills, and he's always been 100% honest with us about pricing, market conditions, value, etc. He's a joy to work with and has done a fabulous job for us every time. I highly recommend him.
