Kaylin is extremely professional and patient. My husband and I are beyond happy and grateful to Kaylin who was able to get pretty much everything checked off on our list of things we wanted for our home. In today's market where houses are being sold at hundreds of thousands over asking price, Kaylin was able to negotiate and rally on our behalf and get us a beautiful home within our budget. Working with Kaylin was like a walk in the park from beginning to end. At first, she made it seem too easy and I was a little nervous. I told her what I wanted and she laid out a clear plan AND provided alternative options if the plan doesn't fall through. Kaylin explains the entire process thoroughly and does not go forward until she has your 100% assurance. The property was listed on the date she strategically decided, and everything went just as she said it would. In the end, Kaylin delivered beyond my expectation. She created a bidding war in a slow market, got offered over asking and sold my property in 5 days! She is knowledgeable, confident and delivers exactly what she says. She will get you what you want but thrives to exceed expectation. If your goal is not reachable, she will be honest with you.
