Public Public Katrina was integral in finding us what we hope to be our forever home in Edmonton! In the late fall, 2021, we received a fantastic job opportunity, but needed to relocate from Florida to Edmonton quickly. The housing market in Florida allowed us to sell our home in a matter of days, then we were faced with the daunting task of finding a home that we would love and be able to move into before the end of 2021. We were so lucky to have Katrina to help us with this huge decision: she was unfailingly helpful and pleasant, from the search for potential properties that suited our needs, to visiting many potential homes on our behalf and FaceTiming during the visits (so we felt as though we were there), to closing the deal on a fantastic home and helping us negotiate final stages of getting into our house within weeks of our first offer! In the midst of a viral pandemic and cold, snowy Alberta winter, Katrina made us feel welcome (she even stocked the kitchen of our AirBnB and resolved our pets' needs when we first flew into Edmonton!). We are forever grateful to her and would heartily recommend Katrina to anyone searching for a home in Edmonton and area.

We have used Katrina as our realtor both for purchasing and selling houses for us. Her service has been consistent and outstanding each time. She is personable and a good communicator. She listens to what your needs and wants are. We recently had Katrina sell an investment property for us. We were happy with the list price and the final offer and final sale price received.
