Katie was an amazing agent to work with. We were first time buyers and also British and so the Canadian property system is very different to what we are used to and she was very patient, knowledgeable and hugely helpful throughout the home buying process. She was open to showing us many properties so we could really hone in on what suited our family perfectly. The house we ended up buying wasn’t one we ever thought would be achievable but she saw the potential and we ended up with a house we will be happy in for a long time.

This was my second time working with Katie. I had originally hired her to help me sell my house, in which she did a fantastic job in a difficult market. Over the following months she worked with us in look at local real estate, referring to realtors within the province and in the end helping us negotiate our dream house in a destination she was not overly familiar with. She approached this negotiation with ease, she learnt about the new market, found us an incredible house inspector, followed up with the selling agent in a well timed manner that ended up with us getting our house for the price we wanted. After the sale I felt Katie was always still there to answer question, make sure we new next steps and took home buy pressure off so that we could truly celebrate our new house. I would without a doubt rate Katie as the best agent I have ever worked with!

Katie was utterly outstanding all round. She was supportive, communicative throughout and a joy to deal with. Her knowledge of the area and the market are excellent. It is the most pleasant real estate experience we have ever had!
