I would HIGHLY recommend Katie to anyone looking for an agent. I was a first time home buyer with my husband, and knew virtually nothing about the industry or what we were doing. Katie put us right at ease and walked us through every step of the way (with a big smile on her face!). She made the process feel easy and manageable, and was very responsive if we had any questions. She was present at all of our showings and ensured we understood everything before proceeding to the next step. I will be using Katie for all of our future transactions!

Katie was an amazing agent to work with. We were first time buyers and also British and so the Canadian property system is very different to what we are used to and she was very patient, knowledgeable and hugely helpful throughout the home buying process. She was open to showing us many properties so we could really hone in on what suited our family perfectly. The house we ended up buying wasn’t one we ever thought would be achievable but she saw the potential and we ended up with a house we will be happy in for a long time.
