Katie was amazing! She was always prepared and very helpful throughout the process which made it very smooth and easy!

Katie was friendly and communicated well. However, she always seemed too busy to even show us the house. Considering we did the process 95% online, she only did a walk through of the house for only 5 minutes even after the purchase was finalized. Did not perform due diligence, garage wasn’t working and she did not know about this, which clearly shows she had not checked basic things around the house. Katie promised to get the house deep cleaned but it was barely cleaned . First day in the house we find hair in the dishwasher, dirty fridge , microwave and oven. So much dust on very obvious places. The hot water boiler was supposed to be fixed before finalization, but that wasn’t done. It was a very stressful first month in the house. Realtor did not give us key information like letting us know where the mail boxes are located or what our mail box number is. When I asked her, she told me to try opening every mail box until I figure out which one goes with the key we have. I would not recommend this agent to anyone.

Katie Harrison was very professional, on time, friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us to get the house in this difficult "pricing war" market.
