I came in from out of town and only had one day to see properties - Katie showed me an example of all the properties that would be in my price range from older bungalows, renovated bungalows, duplexes and single family homes. I felt I had a really good cross section to evaluate what I really wanted and what features were most important to me

Katie made our experience easy, efficient and exciting! We had a low budget for the house we had in mind, and she exceeded our expectations! We viewed many houses, and she understood our vision. We were first time home buyers, she helped us understand the whole process, answering any questions and being so flexible for our ridiculous schedules. 10/10 would recommend Katie to a friend. Look forward to working with her again someday!
